Picerno Stella observes the legislation on contracts concluded at a distance pursuant to art. 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The graphic appearance of the delivered products may not coincide with that shown on the Site in case the manufacturer has modified the packaging and therefore for reasons beyond Picerno Stella’s will. 4) Prices

At the expense of the customer will apply exclusively the price (per unit of measurement Euro / kg for products with variable weight and per package for all other products) calculated at the time of order, without any consideration of increases or decreases in price, even for promotions, possibly intervened later or previously concluded. All prices include VAT. The cost of shipping is € 6.90 for orders up to € 39.90, exceeded which must be considered € 5.90 in addition for orders up to € 69.90, exceeded which must be considered € 4, 90 each € 30.00 of expense.

5) Acceptance of orders

The order sent by the Customer will be binding for Picerno Stella only if the entire ordering procedure has been completed correctly and correctly without any indication of error messages from the Site. Picerno Stella will not include in the expense of products not expressly ordered from the Customer.

6) Confirmation of the order

7) Cancellation and modification of the order

Deliveries will take place within 24/48 hours (72 for the islands and other areas of southern Italy) following the communication of successful shipment of the parcel. 10) Missed Delivery

For the delivery it is necessary the presence of the Client or his charge at the address and time indicated in the order. If the Customer (or the person in charge) is not present, a second delivery attempt will be made and a stock will be opened. 11) Payment

All orders placed, before being processed, are subject to verification of genuineness directly from the relevant credit card issuers to protect the customer.

With this form of payment, once this procedure is completed, you will have generated a purchase proposal that will be confirmed by e-mail, with the assignment of a specific “order number” and which will have to be used in any further communication with www.

If there are no problems, your order will be automatically confirmed, processed within 16 working hours and delivered within 24/48 hours (72 for the islands and other few areas of southern Italy, excluding Saturday and Sunday), with the shipment of the merchandise entrusting it to the courier according to the methods provided.

A confirmation e-mail from PayPal will be sent to each transaction executed with this method. The order amount will be debited from your PayPal account at the time the order is acquired. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.

We accept payments only from registered users on the Italian PayPal site.


Through this method of payment (allowed only for orders below € 999) you will have to pay the full amount, necessary to the balance of the order, directly to the courier upon delivery (taking care to prepare the exact sum in advance). This mode has a surcharge for management service equal to € 5.00.

N.B: on the first order you can pay cash on delivery only for amounts less than € 100.00; from the second order onwards there will no longer be this limit. In case of unjustified refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to charge the costs of handling / shipping the order.

12) Right of Withdrawal

  1. Customer’s rights are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005 updated with the provisions of Legislative Decree 21/2014

The Customer therefore has the right to withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanation and without additional costs, provided that the withdrawal is promptly communicated via e-mail or contact form, before the departure of the goods from our company . If the withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the methods described, gusto-sano will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the product as soon as possible and in any case within 30 calendar days from the date on which taste-healthy became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.

If instead the delivery has already occurred, the customer can request the right of withdrawal, in the event that the products do not have the essential characteristics promised, have manufacturing defects, there have been errors in the delivery of the same or in any case the cause is imputable at taste-healthy, the shipping costs for the delivery of the purchased products and any right to cash on delivery will also be returned.

The right of withdrawal is not allowed in the case of:

  1. purchase of sealed packaged products, opened by the Customer;
  2. of goods which by their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (eg fresh and perishable food products);

13) Privacy

gusto-sano will proceed to the processing of personal data of the customer in compliance with the legislation on privacy as specified in detail in the information in the “Privacy” section of the site.

14) Place of jurisdiction

Any and all disputes that may arise in relation to the application, interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale, will be mandatorily sent to the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State.

All the contents of the site, including the texts, images and graphic layout of the CMS are owned by Picerno Stella. Any unauthorized reproduction will be prosecuted according to the law.
