Shipments in Italy

The cost of shipping is equal to:
€6,00 for orders up to €12,00
€3,00 for orders between €12,00 and €18,00
free for orders over €18,00.
Your order placed on will be processed in stock within 16 working hours and then shipped with the GLS courier which will deliver within 24/48 working hours (72 for the islands and other few areas far from the main inhabited centers, Saturday and Sunday excluded). These times are valid except for the occurrence of certain unexpected events that could lengthen delivery times (Christmas and Easter period, summer working period, bad weather, absence of the recipient, momentary exhaustion of the goods, etc.). Please provide us with an address where the package can certainly be received and also provide us with a telephone number (better if cell phone number) to be given to the courier. Any number provided by you will not be registered in our records (unless you register it by yourself during registration), it will only be used to contact you to establish any details concerning that particular shipment. The courier makes 2 attempts for delivery. In the event that the recipient is absent after two steps of the courier, will call the customer by phone to proceed with the return of the package.

Collect in the Shop FREE SERVICE also allows you to order online and to choose to collect your order at any of its stores where the service is active. The service is FREE, the order is processed within a maximum of 16 working hours and is delivered to the reference store in approximately 24 hours. As soon as everything is ready for pick-up, an order will notify the customer by telephone, who is asked to present the order confirmation document received by e-mail (in paper format or viewable on mobile / portable).



If any problems occur with the products delivered, we always intervene to solve the problem, if it is correctly reported to us by e-mail (sent to no later than 8 days from the delivery date. These items and the packaging cardboard must not be thrown away as they will be indispensable to report the incident, make the return and proceed with the replacement or refund according to the needs. In case of total or partial delivery of the order, any refund can not include shipping costs.



If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised according to the methods and terms illustrated below, tast-sana will reimburse the sums due within 30 days from the date on which it becomes aware of the right of withdrawal by the consumer.

  1. WHO

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the final consumer. The final consumer is a person who acts for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity.


The right of withdrawal can be exercised, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of fourteen working days. The term starts from the day on which the goods are received and, if the order requires several shipments, from the day on which the last delivery is received. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of GUSTO-SANO, Via Martin L. King, 70 – 70022 Altamura (BA).

The notice of withdrawal must contain an explicit declaration to withdraw from the contract or, alternatively, the attached withdrawal form may be filled in, provided for by the consumer code.

It is also possible to send a telegram or a fax within the same term as long as this communication is confirmed by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours. To verify compliance with the deadline, the registered letter is intended to be sent at the time of delivery to the accepting post office. In any case, the acknowledgment of receipt is not an essential condition for proving the exercise of the right of withdrawal.


If the delivery took place, the consumer must send the products he intends to return to the address “GUSTO-SANO, Via Martin L. King, 70 – 70022 Altamura (BA)” at his own expense, always within fourteen working days from the date in which he received the products, with the wording of “made order” affixed to the package. In order to verify compliance with the deadline, acceptance of the post office or of the forwarder will prevail. Under no circumstances will cash-on-delivery parcels be withdrawn or assigned.


The substantial integrity of the good to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, namely:

  • lack of the original packaging
  • absence of integral elements of the product
  • damage to the product due to causes other than transport
  • sealed products open by the consumer

Only the sums collected for the purchase of products will be returned, net of shipping costs and any right to cash on delivery.

However, in the event that the products do not have the essential characteristics promised, have manufacturing defects, there have been errors in the delivery of the same or in any case the cause attributable to taste-healthy, will also return shipping costs for delivery purchased products and any right to cash.
