The payment methods currently provided for the purchases of the products in the gusto-sano.it catalog are as follows:

CREDIT CARD

We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable ones, issued by banks in Italy: VISA, MASTERCARD.

You can also use POSTE-PAY debit cards.

All orders placed, before being processed, are subject to verification of genuineness directly from the relevant credit card issuers to protect the customer.

With this form of payment, once this procedure is completed, you will have generated a purchase proposal that will be confirmed by e-mail, with the assignment of a specific “order number” and which will have to be used in any further communication with www. gusto-sano.it

If there are no problems, your order will be automatically confirmed, processed within 16 working hours and delivered within 24/48 hours (72 for the islands and other few areas of southern Italy, Saturday and Sunday excluded), with the shipment of the merchandise entrusting it to the courier according to the methods provided.

In the event that your order can not be confirmed and / or accepted. www.gusto-sano.it will give you timely e-mail and / or telephone communication.

WIRE TRANSFER

In the reason for the transfer, indicate the order number indicated in the e-mail order report and consider that the order will be processed only to the effective visibility of the payment on current account (the timing varies from bank to bank).

We inform you that the orders must be paid with the exact amount and within one week from the confirmation of the same, or they will be canceled.

PAYPAL

Concluding a purchase with this type of payment you will see a page on the PayPal site where you can enter the personal e-mail address and password of your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new Paypal account. After registration you can proceed to payments via PayPal without having to re-enter the data, even for subsequent purchases. By choosing this method of payment, the amount is debited directly from your PayPal account. PayPal protects the buyer’s information.

A confirmation e-mail from PayPal will be sent to each transaction executed with this method. The order amount will be debited from your PayPal account at the time the order is acquired. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.

We accept payments only from registered users on the Italian PayPal site.

CASH IN CASH ON DELIVERY

Through this method of payment (allowed only for orders below € 100) you will have to pay the full amount, necessary to the balance of the order, directly to the courier upon delivery (taking care to prepare the exact sum in advance). This mode has a surcharge for management service equal to € 5.00.

In case of unjustified refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to charge the costs of handling / shipping the order.
